Ongoing Classes:  At Your Location Or In My Home Studio

Yoga

Yoga is so much more than a physical practice of movements and stretching; it is a slow steady process of knowing ourselves and being more present in our own life.  

​Classes consist of:

  • Centering: arrive and relax

  • Yoga Stretches: modified to fit your flexibility - everyone can do them!

  • Conscious Deep Breathing: for vitality

  • Relaxation: integrate the movement and calm your mind


Weekly Classes are held at my site or for ​a group of people at your site. Private personal yoga sessions are available by appointment.

​Six week sessions - $70
Mondays from 5:15pm- 6:45pm

​

Classes are registering on an ongoing basis.
 

Radiant Child Yoga

The vision of Radiant Child Yoga (RCY) is to create a world of peace through the union of yoga and children. RCY brings yoga to all ages of children from infants thru the teenage years, and focuses on having fun while doing yoga, through affirmative song and movement!

 

RCY incorporates:

  • Body Awareness: Weaving together story line for fun while doing the yoga poses with the children as I instruct.

  • Mind and Spirit Awareness: Using the breath and noticing the breath through the Yoga poses and practice.

                                                         

Weekly Classes are held at my site or for ​a group of people at your site. Private personal yoga sessions are available by appointment.​

Peaceful Practices

One of my most popular classes, and great for all ages! This is a fun and simple practice that relaxes the body, focuses the mind, and awakens the heart.

​It is particularly helpful for those dealing with tight muscles and limited mobility.

​

Peaceful Practices are a combination of:

  • Gentle yoga stretches

  • Simple qi gong movements

  • Easy breathing practices

  • Meditation â€‹and relaxation


Offered at your location or in my comfortable home studio.

​Eight week sessions - $65
Tuesdays - 11:00am- 12pm(Noon)

Classes are offered on an ongoing basis.

Walk / Fit Class

This is a fun indoor Walk class that offers participants the choice to walk 1, 2, or 3 miles each week.  I lead this Calorie blasting Body slimming  Walk with upbeat music. Walk yourself Healthy! 

​The group setting also allows for fellowship and support as walkers work to improve their health and fitness. The obesity rates around the country have been on a steady incline over the past several years. Dangers from obesity, include coronary heart disease, type 2 diabetes, as well as osteoarthritis.

​Teaching Walk-Fit classes is one of my personal passions since 2010!

Offered at your location or in my comfortable home studio.

Eight week sessions - $65

Wednesdays at 11:00am

Thursdays at 9:00am
